Schedule Consultation – $300

This consultation is not about fixing your child.
It's about understanding what their nervous system is asking for — and helping you respond with more confidence and less guesswork.

Professional Consultation

For clinicians and professionals who want a nervous system lens for their work

If you're working with children, teens, adults, or families and finding yourself thinking:

  • "I know there's something deeper going on here."
  • "Traditional behavior strategies aren't quite landing."
  • "I want to understand what's happening in the body, not just the behavior."

This consultation is designed for you.

Consultations are focused, practical, and grounded in a deep understanding of trauma, attachment, and nervous system regulation. You'll leave with clearer conceptualization, language you can use immediately, and concrete next steps.

Who This Session Is For

This consultation is a good fit for:

  • Therapists wanting support with complex or stuck cases
  • School professionals seeking a regulation-based framework
  • Pediatric or medical providers wanting to better understand trauma responses
  • Parent coaches looking to integrate nervous system science into their work
  • Professionals building courses, workshops, or parent education programs

This is not supervision for licensure hours, but consultation and clinical guidance grounded in real-world application.

  • Clarify your case through a nervous system lens
  • Identify regulation patterns (fight, flight, freeze, collapse)
  • Differentiate stress overload from ADHD, anxiety, or trauma activation
  • Develop practical regulation strategies for home, school, or sessions
  • Refine your language to reduce shame and increase safety
  • Map out next steps for treatment, parent guidance, or professional growth

You are welcome to bring a specific case, a recurring pattern you're noticing, or a broader question about integrating regulation into your work.

From parents and caregivers

"What stood out most was how practical and compassionate this approach felt. We weren't blamed, we were guided. Our child now has language for what's happening in their body, and meltdowns don't last as long or feel as scary anymore."
"As parents, we were stuck between wanting to be supportive and needing to hold boundaries. This approach showed us we don't have to choose one or the other. We learned how to regulate first, then problem-solve. Our child is more confident, and we're no longer walking on eggshells."
"Learning to support regulation instead of trying to 'fix' emotions changed everything. Our child feels safer, recovers faster, and trusts us more. I am a lot less overwhelmed."
